Marcelo began his professional journey in the field of Organic Synthesis, initially working at the Farmochemical plant of the pharmaceutical company Cristália. He later joined the team at the chemical company Clariant. In this area, Marcelo served as an Organic Synthesis Researcher for 8 years, consolidating his expertise in the field.

He then built a solid career in Analytical Chemistry, working in R&D Analytical Laboratories. He started in this area at Clariant, for 2 years, but it was at the pharmaceutical company Sanofi where he refined his role as a Research Analyst for 6 years, focusing on the development and validation of new analytical methods using various techniques (HPLC, UPLC, GC-FID, Dissolution, etc.). He was later promoted to R&D Analytical Laboratory Coordinator within the same group, a position he held for 8.5 years. Following this cycle, he joined the chemical company Oxiteno, where he also served as R&D Analytical Laboratory Coordinator for another 1.5 years.

With deep technical expertise and thorough knowledge of Quality and Regulatory requirements — especially those demanded by ANVISA — BizaLumière was born with a clear purpose: to transform complexity into clarity and regulatory demands into opportunity. The consultancy is the result of practical experience combined with strategic vision, built by someone who knows the industry's challenges from the inside.
